Robert M. Pantle is a seasoned executive and board advisor with decades of leadership experience across the defense, security, government contracting, and law enforcement sectors. His career spans global executive leadership, federal investigative service, and strategic development within complex organizations operating in highly regulated environments. He is recognized for guiding organizations through growth, transformation, and operational alignment while building strong partnerships with government agencies, military leadership, and private sector stakeholders.

Mr. Pantle previously served as a board member of SIM-X Tactical Solutions, where he provided strategic guidance on market development within military and law enforcement sectors. In this role he advised executive leadership on navigating procurement pathways, supported strategic decision-making related to product adoption and market positioning, and facilitated key relationships across government and defense communities. His contributions helped position the organization for expanded engagement within highly specialized military and law enforcement markets.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Pantle served as Chief Executive Officer of ArmorGroup North America / U.S. Defense Systems, where he held global operational responsibility for security, training, and risk management services supporting government and corporate clients. In this role he oversaw operations involving approximately 4,500 personnel across 38 countries and led major international initiatives delivering security and training services in complex operational environments.

Mr. Pantle has also held senior executive leadership positions with prominent defense and security organizations including Remington Arms Company, Beretta USA, and DHB Industries. Throughout these roles he successfully rebuilt underperforming business units, expanded government contracting portfolios, secured major federal contracts, and implemented strategic growth initiatives that strengthened market position and operational performance.

He began his career serving 21 years in the United States Air Force, primarily assigned as a Special Agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. During his service he conducted complex criminal, fraud, counterintelligence, and counterterrorism investigations while working closely with federal agencies, military leadership, and international partners. His assignments included multiple overseas postings and sensitive investigative operations supporting U.S. national security interests.

Mr. Pantle holds a Master of Education from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Saint Leo College. He also completed advanced studies in Instructional System Development through the Community College of the Air Force. He remains active in several professional organizations supporting the law enforcement and security communities.
